Everything was perfectly clean, international outlets in the room (no adaptors needed) and the toiletries provided were good quality

The experience is so good. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy .The staff is very kind and polite specially Sandhya at front desk, all the time and ready to help with everything.The food here is also very delicious. Must visit

I recently stayed in Ibis Hinjewadi the stay really comfortable here. All staff was friendly and was in helpful special thanks to Reception staff Vinay thanks him for doing my check-out formalities. And the Abhishek from the restaurant he serves me lovely breakfast in the morning.Kudos to him.

I had a great stay at IBIS Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. Sandhya provided exceptional service—she was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Her hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommend!

(1) Property is well maintained.(2) Staff are courteous.(3) Especially liked the idea of the Hotel providing drinking water in glass bottles that had been sealed with the blue date marked strip.

They said booking.com cancelled our reservation and made us rebook the accomodation and charged us more for 1 night less than the original booking under booking.com

Health faucet was leaking in bathroom AC functioning not upto the mark. Inspite of setting the temp to 19 degrees the cooling was very slow.Very small write room for the amount that paid.Not value for money.

Breakfast was spread, delicious, fresh & the staff were attentive
